NOTICE

Arrival and departure time

On the day of arrival, the apartment is ready for occupancy from 15:00

On the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartment until 11:00 am.

Keys

Someone will wait for you to give you the keys. Please inform Hvar-Holiday Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the special requests box when booking or contacting us.

Cancellation / advance payment / prices

Your booking request is non-binding for both parties. Only after a written booking confirmation the apartment will be reserved for you.

For a fixed booking 50% of the booking price will be charged as deposit. In our house the Croatian hotel contract conditions apply.

For stays of less than 5 days (in the main season from July to August) we charge a short stay supplement of 10%.

The apartment prices are exclusive of local taxes for adults and children over 15 years. The amount depends on the season and is payable locally.

Pay

The apartment can only be paid on the spot in cash.

Children and extra beds

Children are welcome.There is no room for an extra bed in the rooms.

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. You may be charged.

Smoke

Our house is a "Non smoking house". We ask our guests to take this into account. Smoking outdoors is allowed. 

 Swim

There are showers and sun loungers with parasols available in the pool area. The freshwater swimming pool is open from May to September, but depending on the weather.
